How I can pay for my order?

You can choose from several methods of payment:


Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

You will be redirected to a secure page for payment.


To purchase through PayPal, choose this payment method and click on 'Buy'. You will then be redirected to PayPal page for the payment.


You can make a bank transfer from your account to the account number that appears on the order form.

You will benefit from a 2% discount on the order by choosing this method.


Payment is due at the time of delivery of the goods. It has an additional cost of 6.80 euros.

Is it safe to buy through the web?

In CINCOLIVAS will absolutely guarantee all purchases made online, because we use totally reliable payment systems by payment gateways of financial institutions.

How much is shipping?

In Peninsular Spain and Portugal, the cost of shipping is free for orders over 75 euros. For other European countries will be free for orders over 175 euros.

The shipping cost varies depending on the amount of product being purchased and the country where it should be delivered. Once you check the amount of product and the delivery address when ordering, the shipping price will appear automatically.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is different and illustrative depending on the destination of the Oil:

For Peninsula Spain and Portugal it ranges from 2-4 days.

For other European countries it ranges from 9-12 days.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown on Cincolivas include VAT.

What guarantees are offered on product quality?

It's definitely one of our best hallmarks. We offer the best quality. All our Olive Oils are Extra Virgin with superior quality and from the first extraction.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can place an order without registering, providing only the minimum information to complete the order and delivery.

Can I get information and advice on which product to buy?

Of course you do. Our expert staff will gladly inform you about all oils, varieties and the best uses that can give you.

What is the minimum amount of oil (bottles / cans) should I buy?

Many oils can be purchased in units, to know the minimum amount you only need to access an oil, the amount that appears by default is the minimum quantity you can buy.

Can I get discount if I buy a certain amount of product?

We have discounts available for wholesalers based on a certain amount of product. To receive a personalized quote please contact customer service.

Can I receive offers and news on my email?

Yes. We will send to your email new offers or discounts of the leading oils or those in which you were interested if you want.

I have a coupon code. How do I use an online purchase?

In the next purchase you make, in the order form it will be asked for a promotional code you might have. In that case you only need to enter and the promotion will be applied automatically to the new order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

The shipment of the order is immediate. As soon as you make the purchase, the order is prepared; so the margin of correction is small. You can modify or cancel only in the same day of its completion. In case that the order has been sent, what you can do is return it if you are not happy.

Can I change my personal details once I've made and paid for the order?

The order will be delivered to the address indicated on the purchase. Given the rapid management of it, you can only modify the data and the delivery address on the same day of completion.

If you want the order delivered in another direction after this time, it must notify the transit agency when they contact you to deliver the package.

What is the return policy product?

You have 14 days to return the product, this period shall run from the receipt by the customer of goods purchased.

To make the refund, the item must be in perfect condition and with original packaging. Returns of products whose cap is not sealed and has been opened but its content is intact will also not be accepted.
